The Instituto Canario de Calidad Agroalimentaria (ICCA) is once again committed to promoting the best flavours of the Canary Islands with the launch of “Regala Agrocanarias 2025”, an interactive digital guide that brings together the wines, cheeses, ciders and gofios awarded in the Official Agrocanarias Competitions. The tool, designed to encourage local purchasing, arrives just in time for the Christmas campaign.
A showcase for 650 award-winning products
Through this publication – part of the “Agrocanarias Friendly” line – the ICCA details 650 of this year’ s award-winning agri-food products and where to buy them. The guide includes physical shops in Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Tenerife and El Hierro, as well as online shops that distribute these products recognised for their quality.
The list of establishments totals 27 points of sale committed to the Canary Islands’ primary sector. Their participation not only provides consumers with access to prestigious local products, but also represents a boost for local businesses at a time of special economic activity.
An interactive format to explore and discover
Designed to be easy to navigate, the guide allows you to find out about each shop, its location, contact details and the Agrocanarias references available in each one. It can be consulted from the website and social networks of the Agrocanarias Competitions, in addition to the direct link provided by the ICCA.
In addition, the campaign is reinforced with audiovisual pieces and digital content disseminated through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and the official website, with the aim of multiplying the visibility of the participating brands and businesses.
San Borondón as an inspiration
This year, the mythical wandering island of San Borondón serves as the creative thread of the campaign. The official spot draws a parallel between the exploration of legendary territories and the act of discovering new flavours within the network of “Agrocanarias Friendly” establishments. A wink between the fantastic and the close that connects tradition, identity and gastronomy.
